ARIANNA RAPPY

Arianna is a former criminal law clerk at the Queens District Attorney’s Office, where she gained valuable experience handling multiple phases of the prosecution. Arianna drew on her forensic psychology background to conduct complex investigations into both misdemeanor and felony cases, evaluate evidence, and work directly with key witnesses.
Arianna is the recipient of the Carswell Merit Scholarship, Deans Merit Scholarship, Brooklyn Law School’s Pro Bono Project Leader Award, and has been published by Georgetown Journal of Gender and the Law and the Women’s Rights Law Reporter.

Specialization
While in law school, Arianna interned with a civil litigation defense firm, where she focused on comprehensive insurance-related litigation, and served as a federal civil litigation extern at the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of New York. She also served as a Notes Editor for the Brooklyn Journal of International Law, was a student mediator for the Brooklyn Law Mediation Clinic, co-chaired the Health Law and Policy Association, and volunteered with the Uncontested Divorce Project, where she represented victims of domestic violence.
